Salt Systems
Whether you would like to have a salt water chlorine generator installed for your pool or you already have one, A Perfect Pool is here to assist you with expert service. The salt water chlorine generator, or SWG, converts salt into chlorine to keep the pool clean and more chemically balanced. With this system, you are still using chlorine but don't have to add it yourself.
When the chlorine is used up by the cleaning process it performs, it will turn back into salt which is then ready to be reused. This is a very convenient system as it makes regular maintenance easier since you don't have to worry about missing a day and don't have to carry bottles of chlorine around.
A salt system will need to be maintained just as the other pool equipment should be. Inside the salt system, the cell should be cleaned when there is a white crusty buildup. It should be inspected about once per season or whenever there are indications that it should be. Any debris should be removed. The cell within a salt system should last for about three to five years or so. It can be replaced when it gets worn out.
Mineral Systems
There are mineral purifying systems for in-ground pools as well as spas. These systems use a natural approach to sanitizing the pool water.
